Try Before You Buy
Ancestral Softworks products can be downloaded and evaluated without purchasing a license, allowing prospective customers to verify that it meets their needs before making a purchase decision. Our products generate genealogy documents in various formats. Until a license is purchased, the products will emit a watermark across each page of the document. The watermark does not obscure the document contents, allowing prospective customers to read the document, and verify that it meets their needs. During the evaluation period, the support staff at Ancestral Softworks is available to answer questions (email firstname.lastname@example.org). There is no time limit on the evaluation phase.
The “Try Before You Buy” policy allows prospective customers to fully evaluate the software before making a purchase decision. Nonetheless, Ancestral Softworks will issue full refunds if the product does not meet customers requirements after purchase. Send an email to email@example.com stating the reason for the refund request, and we will issue a full refund within five business days.
As a small company, Ancestral Softworks can respond quickly to customer support requests. This is one of our key advantages over larger competitors. We encourage customers to email questions, problems, suggestions to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will usually respond on the same business day, or in some cases the next business day.
Payment and Delivery
All product purchases are made online at the AncestralSoftworks.com website. When you purchase a product, we will take payment in full and immediately send an email to you with the necessary license codes, in addition to whatever instructions are required to enter the license codes into the software. The time it takes for the emails to arrive is variable. If you do not receive your license code within 24 hours of purchase, check your spam folders. If you don’t find the email, contact Ancestral Softworks customer support at email@example.com, and we will resend the email.
